SCD Daily Food Log #10
Today's meals...
AM:
- H20
- 1.75 mile Run + Sprint Workout
- Coffee infused with Ganoderma + a hint of Soy Creamer (Non-GMO, Organic) and Saigon Cinnamon
- Breakfast:
- Tomato, Garlic, Onion, Asparagus, and Pinto Bean Stir Fry w/Macadamia Nut Oil + Cayenne Pepper + Sea Salt
- 2 Hard boiled Eggs
- Balsamic Vinegar
- H20
- Dinner: (Cabo Bob's - kind of similar to Chipotle but more of a local Austin place)
- Bowl with:
- Lettuce
- Black Beans
- Pico De Gallo
- Jalapeño Hot Sauce
- Brisket
- Mixed Grilled Veggies
- Blue Sky Root beer (Stevia sweetened - 0 carbs, 0 glycemic index)
- 2 tbsp. Freshly Ground Peanut Butter
- H20
That's it - sorry no pix today - will hopefully have time to take some of tomorrow's meals!
Yum! I had a bowl from Chipotle last night, but I added sour cream and cheese to mine. I can't resist sour cream!
ReplyDeleteLOL dairy wasn't hard for me to give up on this diet cuz i'd been living dairy-free for years already...bet it was good though ;)
ReplyDeleteSour cream and cheese are really hard for me to give up. I've given up milk, now I stick to almond milk. But casein makes cheese really addicting!
ReplyDeleteGiving up milk is definitely a good start ;) The hardest thing for me is giving up creamer in my coffee - that is one thing I have not been able to do - so I just try to limit it to a splash of soy creamer and make sure it's non-gmo, etc cuz of how bad the gmo soy products can be for you...
