SCD Daily Food Log #20

Here's today's meals:
 
AM:
Breakfast Omelet
  • H20
  • Jamaican Blue Mountain Black Coffee infused with Ganoderma Spore Powder + a hint of Soy Creamer (Non-GMO, Organic) and Saigon Cinnamon
  • Breakfast:
    • Broccoli & Green Bean Omelet (no cheese or milk in this of course) w/Basil Pesto Sauce

PM:
  • H20
  • 3 mile Run
  • H20
  • Lime-water - juice of 1.5 limes with ice and filtered water + tsp of stevia
  • Lunch: 
    • BBQ'd Organic, Free-Range Chicken Breast
    • 1/2 Avocado
    • Grilled Onion
    • 1/4 Cucumber
    • Tomatillo Avocado Salsa
  • Dinner:
    • Baby Arugula & Spinach Salad with Cucumber, leftover Chicken and Balsamic Vinegar
