  • Black Coffee infused with Ganoderma Spore Powder + a hint of Soy Creamer (Non-GMO, Organic) and Saigon Cinnamon
  • Breakfast:
    • Stir fried broccoli, sun-dried tomatoes, onion, black beans and avocado
  • 3 mile Run
PM:
  • H20
  • Iced Coffee
  • Lunch:
    • Carne Asada, Black Beans & Grilled Veggies
  • H20
  •  Dinner:
    • 2 eggs
    • Avocado Lime Salad
Just one more day left till cheat day on Sunday!! Looking forward to another sweet-filled day ;)
