Here's what we ate today... post-cheat day :)

AM:

  • H20
  • Coffee infused with Ganoderma + a hint of Soy Creamer (Non-GMO, Organic) and Saigon Cinnamon
  • Breakfast: 
    • Sautéed Green Beans w/ Macadamia Nut Oil
    • 2 Hard boiled Eggs
    • 1/2 cup Mixed Beans

  • Sparkling Grapefruit Flavored Water
PM:
  • H20
  • Bootcamp Workout Class at our Gym (www.X-TrainFit.com)
  • Dinner: 
  • Dinner!
    • Grilled Veggies: Bell Peppers, Onions, Asparagus
    • Red Pepper Chicken Sausage
    • 1/2 Cup Pinto/Black Bean Mix
