SCD Daily Food Log #8 + Updates

So cheat day #13 is tomorrow - soooo excited :) We did weigh-ins and measurements today - no changes on measurements since the last time, but I weighed in at 102.4 lbs - the lowest I've come down to so far - so I was pretty excited about that ;) Joe's still at 190 lbs, but very close to breaking that mark!

Here's what today looked like for us...

AM:

  • H20
  • AGGG - Alpha Lipoic Acid, Garlic Extract, Green Tea Extract, Ganoderma Spore Powder (most potent form of the Reishi mushroom - you can get it here)
  • Coffee infused with Ganoderma + a hint of Soy Creamer (Non-GMO, Organic) and Saigon Cinnamon
  • Breakfast: 
    • Scrambled Eggs
    • 1/2 Avocado   
Lunch!
Noon:  
  • Lunch:
    • Grilled Chicken Red Pepper Sausage
    • Grilled Veggies
    • 1/2 Bottle Cosmic Cranberry Kombucha
 
PM:
  • 3.5 Mile Run 
  • H20
  • Iced Coffee
  • Dinner:      
  • Green Beans in the making...
    • Leftover Roasted Lamb Chop w/Rosemary, Olive Oil, Lemon, + Sea Salt
    • Sautéed Green Beans in Macadamia Nut Oil, Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, Garlic, Rosemary
    • 1/3 Cup Mixed Beans
