SCD Daily Food Log #7

Ate some delicious SCD meals today...here they are:

AM:

Breakfast - Joe made this - so yummy!
  • H20
  • Coffee infused with Ganoderma + a hint of Soy Creamer (Non-GMO, Organic) and Saigon Cinnamon
  • Breakfast: 
    • Sautéed Green Beans w/Tomatoes + Macadamia Nut Oil
    • Scrambled Eggs
    • 1/2 Avocado
Noon:
  • Snack:
    • Sparkling Mint Water
    • 1 Avocado
    • 1/3 Bottle Cosmic Cranberry Kombucha
PM:
Lamb prior to roasting
  • Iced Coffee
  • H20
  • Dinner: 
    • Roasted Lamb Chop w/Rosemary, Olive Oil, Lemon, + Sea Salt
    • Roasted Asparagus w/Balsamic
    • 1/2 Cup Mixed Beans

Dinner!
