  • Breakfast/Brunch:
    • Scrambled eggs with sun-dried tomatoes, onion, and avocado
PM:
  • H20
  • 3 mile Run 
  • Iced Coffee
  • Dinner:
    • Grilled Chicken seasoned w/cinnamon, cayenne pepper, curry powder, olive oil and sea salt
    • Avocado Lime Salad (see recipe on this posting)
    • Grilled Bell Peppers
