- Breakfast:
- Broccoli & Green Bean Omelet (no cheese or milk in this of course) w/Basil Pesto Sauce
PM:
- H20
- 3 mile Run
- H20
- Lime-water - juice of 1.5 limes with ice and filtered water + tsp of stevia
- Lunch:
- BBQ'd Organic, Free-Range Chicken Breast
- 1/2 Avocado
- Grilled Onion
- 1/4 Cucumber
- Tomatillo Avocado Salsa
- Dinner:
- Baby Arugula & Spinach Salad with Cucumber, leftover Chicken and Balsamic Vinegar
