SCD Daily Food Log #13

Hello again! So finally back to my normal SCD eating schedule now that my birthday is officially over ;) Here's what today looked like for us...

AM:
  • H20
  • 3.5 mile Run
  • Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee infused with Ganoderma Spore Powder + a hint of Soy Creamer (Non-GMO, Organic) and Saigon Cinnamon
  • Breakfast/Brunch:
    • Scrambled eggs with spinach, onion, and carrots
PM:
  • H20
  • Iced Coffee
  • Dinner:
    • Grilled Red Pepper Chicken Sausage
    • 1/2 cup Black Beans
    • Grilled Bell Peppers
  • H20

  1. This all sounds so good! You don't want to hear about my fail of a day with food, lol. It involved Wienerschnitzel. :( I seriously need to make a weeks worth of menus based off of yours and head to the grocery store!

  2. lol - yes it definitely takes planning - we make trips to costco and purchase proteins and veggies in bulk so that we aren't tempted to go out to eat a lot ;)
