SCD Daily Food Log #6

Here are the meals for the day!!!
AM:
  • H20
  • Coffee infused with Ganoderma + a hint of Soy Creamer (Non-GMO, Organic) and Saigon Cinnamon
  • Breakfast:
    • 1 cup leftover curry
    • 1/2 avocado
    • 2/3 cup Lentils
PM:
Dinner on the Grill :)
  • Iced Coffee
  • Dinner: 
    • Red Pepper Chicken Sausage
    • 1/2 cup Lentils
    • Grilled Veggies
    • 1/2 Avocado
  • Snack:
    • Sparkling Mint Water
    • Chopped Veggies - Bell pepper and cucumber
  • H20
