SCD Daily Food Log #17
Cheat day #15 just flew past us - we definitely enjoyed every minute of it - i'm not going to do a recap of it this week. Instead I'm going to jump right back into my daily food log ;)
AM:
- H20
- Black Coffee infused with Ganoderma Spore Powder + a hint of Soy Creamer (Non-GMO, Organic) and Saigon Cinnamon
- Breakfast:
- Hard-boiled Egg, Tomato, Red Onion, Bell Pepper with Balsamic Vinegar
- H20
- Dinner:
- Chipotle Bowl:
- Pinto Beans
- Onions/Bell Peppers
- Barbacoa
- Guacamole
- Mild Salsa
- Pico De Gallo
- Lettuce
Chipotle is the best! I think I should go get a bowl soon - sans cheese and sour cream this time!
