SCD Daily Food Log #17

Cheat day #15 just flew past us - we definitely enjoyed every minute of it - i'm not going to do a recap of it this week. Instead I'm going to jump right back into my daily food log ;)
AM:

  • H20
  • Black Coffee infused with Ganoderma Spore Powder + a hint of Soy Creamer (Non-GMO, Organic) and Saigon Cinnamon
  • Breakfast:
    • Hard-boiled Egg, Tomato, Red Onion, Bell Pepper with Balsamic Vinegar
PM:
  • H20

  •  Dinner:
    • Chipotle Bowl: 
      • Pinto Beans
      • Onions/Bell Peppers
      • Barbacoa
      • Guacamole
      • Mild Salsa
      • Pico De Gallo
      • Lettuce
